When you join KeHE, youre becoming part of a team that is a force for good./ph3Primary Responsibilities/h3pThe Senior National Sales Program Manager will be responsible for the development and management of sales programs aimed at driving vertical sales growth. This role will lead a team and oversee project implementation, tracking, and reporting of the various initiatives along with working closely and managing customer relationships./ph3Essential Functions/h3pDUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliDevelops and manages value-added national sales programs to drive vertical sales growth./liliManages the implementation, tracking, and reporting of various programs and initiatives./liliCoordinates and manages the onboarding process with specific customers and internal teams for new programs and initiatives./liliCoordinates and executes customer specific selling events by collaborating internally, with the customer, and vendors./liliPartners with and provides leadership to account teams, specific to data and insights./liliOversees reporting and tracking of sales initiatives to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement./liliProactively seeks out inefficient processes and implements solutions to mitigate issues and improve efficiency./liliFosters relationships with customer accounts through continuous communication and weekly calls./liliCreates business reviews and team presentations to communicate progress and results./liliActs as an integral part of large projects and initiatives by providing executional support, strategy development, and reporting./liliServes as a resource for program questions and provides guidance and support as needed./liliAddresses unresolved item issues and problem-solves executional issues related to various projects./liliCollaborates cross functionally with teams to achieve objectives and ensure alignment with company goals./liliOversees account partners to ensure alignment with program objectives and goals./liliImplements sales resources and tools to support company goals and drive sales growth./liliOther duties and projects as assigned./li/ulh3Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude/h3pSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:/pulliStrong leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and manage a team./liliStrong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive actionable recommendations./liliStrong understanding of retail and distribution channels, with experience working with retailers./liliStrong communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with all levels of management./liliStrong negotiation and presentation skills./liliAbility to prioritize specific projects and multitask./liliProven ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives and drive results./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)./liliAbility to travel to industry events and customer locations as needed./li/ulpEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:/pulliBachelors degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field./lili7+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management required./lili4+ years of experience in managing teams required./li/ulpPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:/pulliThese physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job./li/ulpEqual Employer Opportunity Statement: KeHE Distributors provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits all forms of discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion or faith, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
