divh2Stop Loss Sales Account Executive Sr./h2pThe Stop Loss Sales Account Executive Sr. is responsible for acquiring and renewing Stop Loss sales through brokers and consultants within an assigned territory. This role will also be a resource for assisting the medical sales teams with selling and renewing bundled stop-loss and ASO accounts if/when needed. Our target market is Employers with 500+ employees covered in a self-funded medical plan./ppHow you will make an impact:/pulliProspects accounts and produces revenue through new and renewal Stop Loss sales./liliGenerates stop-loss RFP activity through sales calls to brokers and consultants./liliDevelops strategies and utilizes selling techniques to acquire new business./liliSolve client needs through consultative and solution based selling; build relationships with key contacts in territory to identify, develop, and negotiate sales opportunities as well as handling renewal activity./li/ulpMinimum Requirements:/pulliRequires a BA/BS and a minimum of 10 years of Stop Loss sales experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background./liliLife and Health license(s) are required in state(s) and/or assigned territory./li/ulpPreferred Capabilities, Experiences and Skills:/pulliSenior level sales and training competencies strongly preferred./liliWillingness to travel 50% of the time./li/ulpFor candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $94,776 to $142,164./ppLocations: Minnesota/ppIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
