Be instrumental in creating a luxury environment and executing five-star service exceeding expectations in customer service./ppDuties and Essential Functions/ppReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./pulliActs as the owner/residents liaison between all aspects of the association./liliRespect all owner/residents privacy, information, perspective, priorities, times, and resources./liliMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times./liliAttends to owner/residents personal and domestic needs including, but not limited to: escort to and from the unit; attending to (carrying) the owner/resident/residents belongings, if needed/requested./liliPreparation of unit for owner/resident arrival this includes stocking any groceries the owner/resident arranged to have delivered to the property and if approved by owner/resident, conduct a Unit Wellness Check./liliService the owner/residents and guests with beverage requests in the Grand Lobby./liliMake reservations for dining, events or similar, ensuring that all necessary information is recorded properly, if requested./liliCall and confirm reservations for special events, dining, youth activities, spa, fitness, and any other needed follow up for any events, if requested./liliArrange for special requests for owner/resident, to include airline reservations, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, tickets to major events, golf outings, tours, ordering and delivery of flowers and baskets, and any other services that would accommodate the owner/residents needs, if requested./liliResolve all owner/residents concerns promptly. If unable report to management immediately for assistance./liliConduct all services for the association as an ambassador - with integrity and in a professional manner at all times./liliApproach all encounters with residents, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner./liliEstablish relationships with local merchants and service providers as needed./liliTake part in maintaining a clean working environment./liliMaintain regular attendance in compliance with KWPMs standards, as required by the employee handbook, scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the association./liliMaintain the highest standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include but not limited to, wearing proper attire and approved uniform./liliMaintain professional relationship with residents and guests- directly responsible for owner/resident satisfaction./liliMaintain a clean and organized working environment- the butler provides a lasting impression to all guests and residents of the association./liliProvides quality service to residents and guests./liliProduces any needed communications to meet association request/needs./li/ulpSupervision/ppEmployee reports directly to the Manager of Operations or in their absence directly to the Assistant General Manager of the community./ppCompetencies/ppPositive attitude and good communication skills, with excellent grooming standards./ppCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service./ppFlexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations and ability to work on your own./ppWork Environment/ppThe work environment will be indoors and outdoors, depending on the needs of the guest./ppPhysical Demands/ppThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job./ppThe employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 40 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures./ppPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work/ppThis is a full-time non-exempt position, average 40 hours a week. Will be required to come in for emergency situations.
