Comunale can work in virtually every market sector and facility type./ppOur rapidly growing company is in need of a talented Fire Alarm Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the tip of the spear in our efforts to find, attract, and close new customers. The primary function of this role is to sell fire alarm contracts including service and small fire alarm jobs. The responsibilities of a Fire Alarm Service Sales Representative include promoting and selling Fire Alarm services and small fire alarm installation projects or remodels to contractors and end users within an assigned territory and accounts. Will establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers of new construction and service work by scheduling sales calls, following up with leads, and utilizing marketing strategies. Must be able to build new business associates / relationships and grow the fire alarm service business./ppThis job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus on sales and customer service. It will require travel to potential/existing customer sites./ppEssential duties / responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:/pulliResponsible for the identification, selection, and development of new and existing customer accounts./liliResponsible for establishing and maintaining effective communication with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services at all times./liliEnsure contractual obligations are met and actively participate in quickly resolving customer problems./liliQuotes to the customers for service and any follow-up impairments./liliGrow service base by selling commercial service products
solutions to new and existing customers, including repair service, modernization and service agreements./liliWork with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond./liliPerform customer surveys as required/requested./liliDevelop and maintain vendor relations./liliObtain all licensing required to perform job function, as applicable./liliObtain manufacturers certifications required to perform job function, as applicable./liliComplete proper scheduling and execution of monthly calls as assigned by management./liliExecute all Company processes and complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner./liliContinually enhance sales skills and product knowledge in order to promote a professional image in the field./liliRead architectural and mechanical drawings and determine proper sprinkler locations for new construction and remodel projects./liliTravel to customer and job sites as required./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED is required./lili2+ years of experience selling service contracts in the Fire Protection industry is required./liliWorking knowledge of NFPA 72 is required./liliKnowledge of industry standard practices for service and inspection is required./liliThe ability to multi-task to the extreme is required./liliA valid drivers license and excellent driving record is required./liliSignificant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications is required./liliExcellent customer service skills are required./liliDemonstration of a positive attitude is required./liliThe ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required./liliBuilding positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required./liliDemonstrating integrity and professionalism is required./liliDemonstrating commitment to company values is required./liliExcellent organizational skills are required./liliAbility to follow-up on tasks and assignments in a timely manner is required./liliExcellent written and verbal communications skills are required./liliAbility to perform basic business mathematical functions is required./liliThe ability to work with minimal supervision is required./liliAbility to work effectively in a team environment is required./liliComplying with all operating policies, procedures, executed Plans, and Programs is required./li/ulpWe offer our employees a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package and are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
