We strive to be the best wholesale distributor in the area and invite you to be part of building the future./ppstrongICT/Datacomm Specialist/strong/ppAs an ICT/Datacomm Specialist, you will be a sales support lead for Codales Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Data Communications product lines. You will serve as a strategic business leader for a designated portfolio of contractor accounts. Your mission is to enhance the value Codale delivers to its customers, drive profitable growth, and represent our full range of products and services with integrity and professionalism./ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliServe as the subject matter expert for ICT and Datacomm products, including structured cabling, fiber optics, copper systems, racks, enclosures, and related accessories./liliDrive sales with contractors and end users with product selection, technical specifications, and solution design for customer projects./liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, integrators, consultants, and end-users./liliConduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and joint sales calls with vendors and customers./liliStay current with industry standards (e.g., TIA/EIA, BICSI), emerging technologies, and market trends./liliAssist in preparing quotes, submittals, and bid packages for ICT-related projects./liliCollaborate with purchasing and inventory teams to ensure appropriate stock levels and product availability./liliIdentify new business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in the ICT segment./liliProvide post-sales support and troubleshooting assistance as needed./liliRepresent Codale at industry events, trade shows, and vendor training programs./li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Bring:/strong/pulliPrefer minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT/Data Communications sales or technical support, preferably within the electrical distribution or low-voltage industry./liliPrefer strong understanding of structured cabling systems, fiber optics, networking hardware, and related technologies./liliStrong negotiation and deal-closing skills./liliHigh emotional intelligence and interpersonal acumen./liliAbility to connect with individuals across diverse backgrounds and personalities./liliWillingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands./liliFamiliarity with industry standards such as ANSI/TIA, BICSI, and NEC low-voltage requirements./liliExcellent communication and presentation skills./liliStrong problem-solving and customer service orientation./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; experience with quoting tools is a plus./liliSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities./liliTeam player with a collaborative mindset and a positive attitude./li/ulpLocation: Las Vegas, NV/ppSalary Range: $70-$100K plus commission/ppIt feels good to drive down the road and say, I played a part in that.
