a key part of our studio team, where sales meets purpose and every day is an opportunity to make someones life better./ppWhat Youll Do:/ppAs a Wellness Membership Advisor, youll be the friendly face clients see first and the helpful hand guiding them into a consistent wellness journey. Youll drive sales and membership growth, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure every client leaves feeling like a VIP./ppYour day-to-day includes:/pulliConnecting with new and returning clients to understand their needs/liliRecommending personalized treatment plans and memberships/liliRebooking appointments and helping clients commit to self-care/liliExceeding expectations by WOWing clients with each interaction/liliMeeting personal and studio sales goals/liliCreating loyal fans through your warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism/liliContinually learning through training and role-play to sharpen your skills/liliWorking closely with an awesome team and management who are here to support you/li/ulpWhat Were Looking For:/pulliYou love talking to people, building trust, and making them feel seen and heard/liliYoure goal-oriented and energized by meeting (and beating!) sales targets/liliYou handle fast-paced environments and multi-tasking like a pro/liliYoure all about integrity, follow-through, and exceptional service/liliYoure open to learning, growing, and becoming a wellness expert/li/ulpPerks
