The Commercial Lines Account Manager provides day-to-day support to clients, serving as the primary liaison between clients, producers, and insurance carriers. This role ensures accurate policy management, timely communications, and overall client satisfaction while supporting producers in the servicing and renewal process. This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to our office located in Little Rock, AR 3 days per week. Professional Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers Manage daily servicing of client accounts, including policy endorsements, coverage questions, billing inquiries, and renewals Educate clients on coverage, exclusions, exposures, and audits Maintain accurate client files in the agency management system, documenting all communications and transactions Prepare applications, proposals, and renewal submissions, following up to ensure timely responses Issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other coverage documents with accuracy Review policy audits and facilitate necessary corrections Accompany producers to client meetings as needed Manage workflow efficiently to process transactions accurately and on time Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma/GED (Required) Active AR Property & Casualty insurance license (Required) College Degree in Business or related field (Preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and quality control in document creation and client communications Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems Professionalism, problem-solving skills, and client service orientation Founded in 2019, Patriot is a growth-focused national insurance services firm that partners with employee benefits and property and casualty agencies across the United States.
