Robert Half is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team in Lexington-Fayette, Kentucky. In this contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing travel reservations and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in multitasking, problem-solving, and delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. 1st and 2nd shift positions available. Multiple shifts available. 12 open positions. Responsibilities: Manage customer reservation requests, ensuring they align with client travel policies and typically involve 1-10 room nights. Reserve accommodations based on client guidelines, including budget, amenities, mileage, and preferences. Respond promptly to client inquiries and meet deadlines for reservation requests. Utilize critical thinking to identify hotel options that balance client needs and financial objectives. Accurately input reservation details and updates into the system. Apply knowledge of hotel industry trends and regional markets to deliver tailored options. Communicate effectively with clients to resolve issues related to changes, extensions, or cancellations. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and recommend hotel options that align with client preferences. Maintain a high level of service by anticipating and addressing client needs. Participate in scheduled training sessions and team meetings to stay informed and enhance skills. Requirements: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining high accuracy. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet navigation. Experience in customer service, call center operations, or client relations. Exceptional data entry skills with attention to detail and efficiency. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with the hospitality industry and hotel booking processes. Problem-solving skills to address client and reservation challenges.
