Our mission is to be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen./ppThe person stepping into this Fire Alarm Sales Estimator role needs to be a team player who can also operate independently. Youll need a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep pace in a deadline-driven environment./ppThis isnt a typical sales gig. Yes, youll be quoting jobs and working closely with customers, but youll also spend plenty of time collaborating internallydeveloping accurate proposals, managing technical details, and making sure everything aligns before a project begins./ppExpect to:/pulliVisit customer sites, take field measurements, and provide accurate estimates for new fire alarm systems/liliBuild detailed proposals and pre-engineered solutions based on code requirements and project needs/liliReview construction documents and coordinate with general contractors or building owners to define project scope/liliWork closely with project managers, designers, field technicians, and other sales team members/liliSplit your timeroughly 70% in the office, 30% in the fieldmeeting clients, assessing systems, and building relationships/li/ulpWhat youll need to succeed:/pulliSales experience. You should have formal sales experience beyond retail or hospitality. Bonus points if youve sold services, not just products./liliA learning mindset. Fire alarm systems are technical. You dont need to know everything now, but you have to be ready to commit to learning and improving./liliTech competence. You need to be comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. We also use Hubspot and ServiceTrade. Well show you the ropes, but you need to be willing to dive in and learn these tools quickly./liliStrong interpersonal skills. Youll be building long-term relationships with customers, and theyll count on you to be both an advocate and a trusted resource./li/ulpBenefits:/pulliSalary commensurate with experience with opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role.
