So, if you love serving customers and spotting opportunities where others see routine, this role could be perfect for you./ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/polliManage a book of existing customers with a focus on expansion, retention, and referrals/liliIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across different systems, locations, and services/liliOwn the renewal process and keep contracts current/liliSource and track public and private bid opportunities to stay ahead of future work/liliAct as a trusted advisorsomeone customers rely on for guidance and support/liliCollaborate closely with service, install, and operations teams for a seamless customer experience/liliKeep your pipeline, activities, and follow-ups organized in HubSpot (our CRM)/li/olpWhat You Bring:/pulli3+ years of professional experience (sales, account management, or service-based roles preferred)/liliExcellent communication skillsverbal, written, and everything in between/liliComfort with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (HubSpot experience = gold star)/liliStrong organization and attention to detail/liliA self-starter mindset with a team-first attitude and high level of ownership/li/ulpWhy Encore?/pulliCompetitive salary + uncapped commission potential: with experience and opportunity for a results-driven bonus based on personal output and effectiveness in role.
