divh2Job Title/h2pCome join GBTS in a unique client facing role. You will be assisting our client with a records project that is expected to last 5-6+ months. We are offering compensation up to $23.00/hour + Full Benefits

PTO accruals. Upon successful completion of the project candidates will be eligible for priority transfer into open positions within the market./ph3Essential Job Responsibilities/h3ulliRegister new files and track the circulation of files to and from client staff in Records Management System (RMS) database/liliPrepare inactive files for offsite storage, performing file culling activities as requested/liliPerform regular inventory of files stored at client facilities, or offsite storage vendors/liliAssist client with clean-up activities, including triage, categorization, and appropriate storage or disposition of content/liliPrepare reports related to the activities performed during the project./liliTroubleshooting issues with locating files and RMS database issues/li/ulh3Qualifications

Requirements/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili3+ years file management or records experience desired/liliFamiliarity with FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, Autonomy Records Manager (FileSurf), LegalKey, NetDocument, OpenTEXT DM or similar Records Management Systems/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliDetail oriented and attention to detail and accuracy/liliGood organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks/liliAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater/liliAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time/liliAbility to be forward-thinking and proactive/liliPreferred Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30pm / on-site position/li/ulpThe compensation range for this role is 20.00 to 23.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
