divh2Member Services Rep - (Weekend)/h2pJob Category: Operations/ppRequisition Number: MEMBE002951/ppPart-Time/ppOn-site/ppRate: $12 USD per hour/ppLocation: Dallas - Campbell Rd, Dallas, TX 75248, USA/ph3Description/h3pstrongDuties and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliPerform to your best abilities during your assigned work shift./liliMonitor and maintain club cleanliness and atmosphere./liliStay proficient in Planet Fitness mobile app use, content, and updates./liliEnsure that all proper training has been completed to operate safely and efficiently./liliConduct regular audits to ensure the club is presentable and holding up to Excel standard./liliPerform club walkarounds and complete assigned cleaning or associated tasks along with re-inspecting said tasks./liliUtilize point of sale for members to purchase drinks and merchandise items/liliEnsure members adhere to the companys policies and guidelines and address any infractions./liliProvide a safe and secure environment for all members./liliCommunicate with members and create a high level of customer service./liliStocking retail and janitorial items for the following shift./liliUnderstand and adhere to company standards and help resolve any day-to-day customer issues./liliAudit club inventory and communicate with GM, AM, and Shift Lead on recommendations of inventory orders./liliStaying up to date on all required certifications and training courses./liliParticipating in team meetings./liliCommunicating with, promoting, touring, and assisting prospects and potential members./liliAssisting the General Manager and Assistant Manager with club membership promotions, training, and implementation of any operational strategies./liliEnsuring the club complies with all state and federal laws and insurance requirements./liliOperating and assisting applicable members with the use of equipment, HydroMassage, Total Body Enhancement, and other amenities while making sure all applicable processes and procedures are adhered to./liliAssist GM and represent our company at community events and other outreach activities./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliMust be at least 16 years of age./liliTeam member will become CPR and AED Certified, if not already./liliMust be comfortable standing for long periods of time./liliGreat communication skills with internal and external customers./liliMust be team-oriented, motivated, and well-organized./liliAbility to think critically and evaluate solutions to problems proactively./liliProficient ability in Microsoft Office and using a computer./liliFamiliar with Excels mission, values, vision, and culture, as well as the Planet Fitness brand and operational requirements./li/ulpstrongSupervisory Responsibility:/strong This position has no supervisory responsibilities./ppstrongWork Environment:/strong This job operates in a fitness club environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones, as well as standard custodial equipment such as cleaning chemicals, floor scrubbers and vacuums.
