Solenis is a 2024 US Best Managed Company, recognized four years in a row./ppExempt, Grade 14/ppSales Incentive Program (SIP) eligible/ppThe Territory Sales Managers role is to provide account management, product sales, as well as marketing support within the assigned territory and/or account responsibility for the Pro-Dealer Pool Solutions group. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for the development and support of the current customer base, marketing and sales follow-up, new account acquisitions, and ongoing sales growth within Soleniss Pool Solutions group within TN (Middle to Western TN), AL, MS, KY (Central to Western KY), and the Panhandle of FL./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliResponsible for territory account development and support with Soleniss dealer direct pool and spa customers as well as support with distribution customers when necessary./liliProvide analysis of sales results to customers as well as Solenis management to develop solutions that will grow sales within the current customer base and new customers./liliSupport retail customers by providing regular sales visits, training, and support to achieve sales objectives./liliMaintain accurate and timely call reports utilizing Salesforce.com (SFDC) and report back to management with key information acquired during sales visits./liliRecommend and provide marketing/product support as needed to the customer such as promotional material, store displays, and advertising support./liliUtilize MS Office, Tableau, and other sales software programs to create presentations, track market conditions, and provide customer support and sales data./liliAttend and participate in local and/or national trade shows, local association groups, and internal/external meetings to learn and promote the Solenis product line./liliComply with Corporate, Group and Location policies
procedures./liliAdditional duties as required by the Regional Sales Manager/li/ulpKey Requirements:/pulliBS Degree in business or job-related discipline/liliMinimum (3) years sales experience/liliKnowledge and understanding of swimming pool and spa industry is a key requirement/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliStrong analysis and presentation skills/liliStrong interpersonal skills/liliProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products/liliDirectly or indirectly reports and/or works closely with a senior sales person/liliTravel in and around territory with approximately 40% overnight travel/li/ulpWe understand that candidates will not meet every single desired qualification.
