
Human Resource Director

The Human Resource Director is responsible for protecting our good name by ensuring the follow-through of air-tight systems and proper documentation, while ensuring full legal compliance. This leader will plan, lead, develop, and coordinate HR policies, programs, and practices to support the organization's mission, culture, and talent strategy, while ensuring full legal compliance. Duties and responsibilities Identify staffing and recruiting needs; develop and execute best practices for hiring and talent management, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning Help lead grand opening staffing and training Ability to serve and protect business operations Protect the culture and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, etc. Implement and lead new-hire orientations, training initiatives, and employee recognition programs Administer and execute human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, morale, safety, and training Serves as a trusted resource for applicants, team members, and leaders Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies Required skills and abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Knowledge of employment-related laws and HR systems Education and experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is highly desired Minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred Bilingual proficiency highly desired Work schedule Weekend availability Holidays Benefits Flexible schedule Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) matching
