Vision Insurance/liliA free massage each month/liliOur team members will earn commission for wellness plan sales and have opportunities to earn additional bonuses/li/ulpstrongHeres what we are looking for:/strong/pulliEngage with new and returning clients to understand their needs and match them with the right massage and membership options./liliFollow our proven sales process to introduce and enroll clients in our monthly Elements Wellness Program./liliBe a positive, supportive presence in our scent-free, smoke-free studio/li/ulh2Responsibilities/h2ulliPromote and sell therapeutic massage services, memberships, and gift cards./liliEducate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and our Elements Wellness Program./liliMeet or exceed sales goals by building rapport and encouraging repeat business./liliGreet clients warmly and ensure a professional, welcoming atmosphere./liliAnswer phones courteously and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and availability./liliSchedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth daily operations./liliFollow up with members to encourage booking their monthly sessions/liliHandle administrative tasks such as data entry and payment processing./liliMaintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk area./liliWork closely with massage therapists to ensure an exceptional client experience./li/ulh2Qualifications/h2ulliPrior retail sales experience preferredespecially selling memberships or services in person./liliCustomer service experience in a spa-like or wellness-focused environment is a plus./liliStrong attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently./liliComfortable using modern office tools and systems (experience with Mindbody is a bonus)./liliA team player who is passionate about creating a positive environment for coworkers and clients alike./liliHigh school diploma (or GED) or equivalent work experience required./liliAvailability to work evenings and weekendsour studio is open seven days a week./li/ulh2Legal Disclaimer/h2p2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (ETM).
