We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of our integrated marketing strategy, oversee go-to-market plans, and ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints. This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence four days a week at our vibrant New York City office. Partner with internal stakeholders to plan and sequence campaigns across channels. Maintain visibility into performance and optimize based on data and results. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all campaigns reflect the company’s elevated brand identity, integrating our impact-driven value proposition while ensuring creative concepts are on-brand, engaging, and tailored to our target audience. Balance performance-driven strategy with brand storytelling that inspires impact and action. Ensure consistency, cohesion, and excellence across all brand touchpoints, maintaining a unified visual and verbal identity across channels. Manage charity, brand, and celebrity partnerships, with a focus on devising strategies that elevate brand visibility and cultural relevance. Support partnerships by aligning creative, messaging, and timing across campaigns and channels. Ensure partner integrations uphold company’s brand standards and storytelling framework. Lead the planning and execution of 360° campaigns, initiatives, and partnerships. Collaborate with channel leads to ensure that messaging, creative, and timing align with business priorities and objectives. Plan and oversee key milestones across all marketing initiatives to ensure the timely and seamless delivery of assets and campaigns. Collaborate with channel leads to ensure consistent execution of plans and alignment across digital, social, and partner-driven channels. Track and monitor campaign performance, leveraging analytics to identify insights, measure impact, and inform continuous optimization. Support the integration of organic social strategy and execution into the broader marketing plan. Provide oversight, approvals, and counsel for social initiatives to ensure consistency with brand voice and priorities. Partner with creative and channel owners to align content with campaign objectives. Act as a key connector across teams, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and partnerships. Mentor and support junior team members to foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Oversee CRM, email, and lifecycle marketing strategies to deepen engagement and increase retention. Design and test loyalty and reactivation programs to increase LTV and retention. Lead experimentation (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize conversion and customer journeys. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success managing integrated campaigns, content strategy, and project execution across multiple channels. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Strong experience in luxury, lifestyle, or fashion brand marketing preferred, with an understanding of high-net-worth audiences and aspirational storytelling. Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth. Adept at working within evolving, entrepreneurial environments, balancing creativity with operational excellence. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical acumen and ability to translate performance insights into strategic recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively across levels of the organization. Experience fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment between creative, marketing, and business objectives.
