Charitybuzz is seeking a passionate, performance-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and scale our retention and loyalty strategy across email, SMS, and push notification channels. This role follows a hybrid schedule, requiring onsite presence four days a week at our vibrant New York City office. The chance to make a measurable difference in the world every single day Support from a collaborative team Creative and driven organization that is changing daily Shift hours/schedules: Hybrid work schedule Onsite 4 days per week Job Responsibilities: This role will be critical in deepening customer engagement, increasing repeat purchases, and maximizing LTV across the customer journey. You’ll partner closely with Creative, Product, and Marketing leadership to transform insights into personalized, high-performing campaigns that create meaningful engagement, measurable results, and growth. Develop and execute a full-funnel lifecycle strategy from acquisition to retention and reactivation. Build and manage automated lifecycle flows, including welcome, cart abandonment, bid follow-up, post-purchase, and win-back. Drive engagement and repeat participation through segmentation, personalization, and tailored messaging. Test and optimize content, send time, subject lines, and audience segments to maximize open, click, and conversion rates. Manage loyalty and referral marketing initiatives to boost brand advocacy and customer lifetime value. Own day-to-day execution of campaigns across Klaviyo and other engagement platforms (email, SMS, push). Manage all facets of campaign production, including creative briefing, segmentation, list management, QA, testing, and deployment. Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to inform continuous improvements and innovation. Partner with Product and Growth teams to identify opportunities to improve onsite journey and conversion rates. Implement A/B testing strategies and onsite personalization that align with lifecycle goals. Ensure brand and message consistency across all digital touchpoints. Dive deep into customer behavior, acquisition cohorts, auction participation, and revenue patterns to surface actionable insights. Regularly track KPIs, including registrations, customer and user growth, churn, AOV, repeat rate, and LTV, using findings to evolve lifecycle strategies Serve as a lifecycle marketing subject matter expert across the organization. Stay on top of the latest trends in retention marketing, DTC ecommerce, and customer engagement. Manage relationships with lifecycle tech partners to ensure we are fully leveraging their capabilities. Minimum Requirements: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, retention, or CRM marketing, preferably in DTC ecommerce. Experience in luxury goods or beauty is a plus. Deep expertise in email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo preferred) and CRM best practices is a must. Familiarity with CDPs and onsite conversion strategies. Strong communicator, collaborator, and self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Passion for driving impact and using marketing as a force for good.
