Job Overview The Senior Producer is an integral position on Wasserman’s Brands & Experiential Team responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various aspects of agency projects, from brief to execution. This role will ensure that all project relevant resources including operations and logistics are allocated and delivered on-time, on-budget and of a quality expected by Wasserman and its clients. Additionally, the Senior Producer will contribute to the department operations, processes, budgeting (for live projects and pitches), agency quality control, third-party supplier management as well as continually mentoring and developing the Production team members. What You'll Do
Responsible for overseeing and managing various elements of large-scale projects from planning through execution Work in a collaborative manner with all Wasserman account teams to ensure flawless project delivery against the client’s objectives and agreed budget. Manage vendor relationships with audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, graphics, digital technology, venues, labor, and other project executional vendor partnerships as necessary to ensure that all agency suppliers meet Wasserman standards of sustainability, ethical purchasing, diversity, quality control and pricing structure. Regular communication with the Head of the experiential team, associate directors of experiential team, agency team and client team regarding roles and responsibilities, budget, schedules, and project status. Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets of large scale and review smaller scale ones, and responsible for ensuring that projects are correctly budgeted for and meet expected financial targets in collaboration with the associate directors. Develop production schedules, run of shows, and enforce deliverable dates key to program success Demonstrates a strong understanding of experiential technologies and suppliers (e.g., interactive installations, immersive environments, AR/VR, AI) and effectively integrates them into creative concepts to enhance audience engagement and deliver innovative, scalable experiences. End-to-end ownership of full production, from concept and planning through on-site execution and de-rig, ensuring delivery against creative, budget, and timeline objectives. Deep technical, technological, and innovation expertise across event production disciplines, including construction and scenic fabrication, printing, lighting, audio, video, power, and advanced production technologies. Proven experience managing complex logistics and operations, including transport, load-in/load-out, scheduling, and coordination of multiple vendors and workstreams. Strong leadership in staffing and vendor management, overseeing technical crews, production teams, and external partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and accountability. Comprehensive knowledge of health and safety standards, risk management, and legal requirements for public spaces, including permits, crowd management, and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge on new technological and innovative trends for experiential events, touch points and activations. Management of Health & Safety matters for each event for the staff and for the suppliers. Manages insurance requirements for each event. Constant communication, as well as reporting, to the Head of the Experiential team. Constant communication and coordination with the Associate Directors of the Experiential team. In collaboration with the Head of the Experiential team and associate directors, build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed in a timely fashion throughout the duration of projects. Manage and develop the relationships with Wasserman trusted suppliers and third parties, throughout the duration of the project in collaboration with the Experiential team. Works with the Experiential team to ensure that all agency suppliers meet Wasserman standards of sustainability, ethical purchasing, quality control and pricing structure In collaboration and working directly with the Head of Brands & Experiential team and the Associate Directors to select and recruit the necessary and most appropriate suppliers for each project and as agreed with each of the account teams Oversee successful supplier delivery throughout the duration of each project. Creates a positive, collaborative, teamwork environment based on the company culture and values Promotes our team environment and provides work direction and guidance including coaching, professional development and training; guides team on deliverables and establishes best practices with project management. Cultivates account-specific collaboration and has awareness of nuances within individual account teams and continually guides and evolves team process, serving as a trusted resource on integrated teams in collaboration with the Head of the Experiential team and associate directors. Contributes to business development efforts for new revenue opportunities with existing clients and potential clients. What We\'re Looking For
Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree (Master’s degree is a plus). 8+ years relevant / increasing operations experience (preferably in the experiential agency, sports or entertainment) Ability to remain calm under pressure, work on multiple projects simultaneously and achieve deadlines Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the experiential landscape and proven ability to deliver projects from the ground up Confidence to present and communicate with senior clients as well as the ability to independently craft complex, nuanced written communications for internal and external outreach Capable of navigating tough issues and influencing those involved toward a desired outcome Ability to foresee issues developing before they arise and develop a solution as needed Must be comfortable working as an integral part of a team environment Continuously demonstrates solution-oriented mentality Lead and inspire other team members, generate positive morale Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload while coordinating with others to proactively meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and highly organized Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a ‘can-do’ attitude at all times.
