Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers and tenants
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate the closing process
Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and zoning regulations
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to ensure smooth transactions
Utilize marketing strategies and digital platforms to promote listings and attract new clients
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
Minimum of 1 year experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ethical business practices
Familiarity with St. Louis neighborhoods and community resources preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment at The Collective office located at 1806 Crittenden Street, St. Louis, USA, 63118
