Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized service
Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal requirements
Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice
Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions
Utilize marketing strategies, including online listings and social media, to promote properties and expand client base
Qualifications
Valid real estate license in the state of Missouri
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial real estate sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends and property values
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
High level of professionalism and ethical standards
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
