Overview Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with orders, questions, and product availability.

Enter orders, invoices, and payments using POS and internal systems.

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on plants, trees, and landscape materials.

Suggest appropriate substitutions when specific products are unavailable.

Coordinate with production team, delivery, and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Handle basic scheduling, dispatch communication, and order updates.

Maintain a professional, helpful, and solution-oriented customer experience.

Prior customer service experience required (nursery, landscaping, building materials, or related fields preferred)

Professional attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
