Description

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email with orders, questions, and product availability

Enter orders, invoices, and payments using POS and internal systems

Provide knowledgeable recommendations on plants, trees, and landscape materials

Suggest appropriate substitutions when specific products are unavailable

Coordinate with production team, delivery, and inventory teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment

Handle basic scheduling, dispatch communication, and order updates

Maintain a professional, helpful, and solution-oriented customer experience

Requirements

Prior customer service experience required (nursery, landscaping, building materials, or related fields preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working with POS systems and basic computer software

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, seasonal environment

Professional attitude with a hands-on, team-oriented mindset
