ESS is seeking an experienced
Regional Property Manager
to oversee a portfolio of
three or more multifamily properties
within the Metro Area. This is a
direct-hire opportunity
for a strategic leader who excels in operations, financial performance, and team development. The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for driving operational success, maximizing revenue, ensuring compliance, and mentoring on-site leadership teams. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for a portfolio of 3+ multifamily properties Lead, mentor, and support Community Managers and on-site teams Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, vendors, and stakeholders Develop and execute marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and NOI Collaborate with ownership on operational goals and performance metrics Ensure cost control, revenue optimization, and delinquency management Partner with Community Managers on annual budgets and marketing plans Monitor leasing performance, rental rates, and market trends Ensure timely completion of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting Maintain compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and operational standards Stay informed on competitor properties and market conditions Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regional Property Manager in multifamily housing Strong background in budgeting, bookkeeping, and general accounting Solid understanding of property management laws and compliance requirements Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional presence and leadership style Proficiency with property management software Yardi or OneSite preferred Ops Technology required Why Join ESS?
