The Role: Global Client Engagement Director In this pivotal position, you will nurture and expand our portfolio of Biopharma clients, establishing longstanding partnerships through renewals and proactive growth strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor, aligning Citeline’s solutions with your clients' business objectives. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization. Develop an expert understanding of your clients’ organizational structures, strategies, and performance metrics. Implement a detailed account and territory plan aimed at driving high retention, renewal growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Proactively manage and capture strategic opportunities and mitigate risks. Align Citeline's product offerings with the specific needs of your client base. Collaboratively execute comprehensive plans with internal teams including Support, Client Success, Solution Consulting, and Consulting & Analytics. Work closely with Citeline’s Product and Client Success teams to relay client feedback and drive continuous product improvements. Maintain up-to-date sales records and provide accurate sales forecasts using SFDC. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles. Proven ability to grow client accounts by understanding their needs and demonstrating value. Strategic mindset with ability to create alignment across internal functions and maintain strong client relationships. Experience in leading contract negotiations in dynamic settings. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and ability to communicate effectively with life sciences clients. Demonstrated consultative sales expertise, competence in market research, lead generation, and closing deals. Collaborative working style with a focus on team success. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills that lead to high success rates. A commitment to helping your team excel while striving for personal success as well. Travel:
