The Role: Director of Global Client Engagement In this vital role, you will cultivate and expand our portfolio of Biopharma clients, fostering long-term partnerships through renewals and proactive growth strategies. As a trusted advisor, you will align Citeline's solutions with your clients' business objectives and drive impactful results. Responsibilities: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets established by the organization. Develop an expert understanding of your clients' organizational structures, strategies, and performance metrics. Execute a detailed account and territory plan focused on driving high retention and renewal growth, while identifying new business opportunities. Proactively manage and seize strategic opportunities, mitigating risks as necessary. Align Citeline's product offerings with the tailored needs of your client base. Collaborate with internal teams, including Support, Client Success, Solution Consulting, and Consulting & Analytics, to execute comprehensive plans. Work closely with Citeline's Product and Client Success teams to relay client feedback and foster continuous product enhancements. Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using SFDC. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated ability to grow client accounts by understanding their needs and delivering value. Strategic mindset with the capacity to create alignment across internal functions and nurture strong client relationships. Experience leading contract negotiations in dynamic environments. Strong grasp of the pharmaceutical industry with effective communication skills for life sciences clients. Proven consultative sales experience, including skills in market research, lead generation, and deal closing. Collaborative working style emphasizing team success. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills leading to favorable outcomes. Commitment to team excellence while also striving for personal success. Travel:
