Key Responsibilities: Convert complex technical concepts into clear and engaging written content and visual materials. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system documentation, technical diagrams, SOPs, and user guides. Create and refine technical roadmaps, workflows, and other visual artifacts that enhance planning and communication. Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, and project managers to gather and articulate technical requirements. Prepare communication materials tailored for senior government stakeholders, catering to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure all documentation aligns with project objectives, client needs, and security classification standards. Assist in the development of briefing materials and reports for routine client interactions. Exercise independent judgment to manage documentation tasks and deliverables within stringent deadlines. Qualifications for Success: At least 7 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree. Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance. Proven experience assessing user needs to devise effective system solutions that align with overarching business strategies. Skill in developing technical diagrams, graphics, and roadmaps. Ability to simplify intricate technical concepts into easily digestible materials. Expertise in documenting system requirements and defining scopes and objectives to drive system development and implementation. Serve as a bridge between IT and users, possessing both business acumen and technical expertise, typically reporting to a department manager. Capability to work autonomously. SALARY RANGE:

$101,000 - $134,000 The salary for this position is based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary will consider multiple factors including: Your professional background and relevant experience. The specific responsibilities tied to the role and organizational needs. Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation. This role may also include additional compensation opportunities, which could encompass: Performance-based bonuses.
