We are seekinganindividual with both broad and deepcloudimplementation and migration experience with a focus on complex multi-cloud and hybrid environmentsto join ourteam andlead the continued growth of our cloud practice servingRSMclients in a variety of industries and geographic locations.The successful candidatewill have solid working knowledge ofcloudleading practices,understanding of cloud architecture models,leading vendor productsandsolutions,cloudtechnology trends, securitydesignand innovation as well asexperienceleveragingthis knowledge tobenefitglobalorganizations.The candidate will alsopossessstrong leadership traits andexhibita proventrack recordof developing, launching and operating cloudconsultingpractices.This individual will ultimately bepartlyresponsible for thelong-termvision ofthe cloudpractice, including the focus on developing and expanding the portfolio of solutions that are available to clients. Asaleader within theICpractice,thesuccessfulcandidateisresponsible fordeveloping strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses, thechallengestheyfaceand the outcomes they are looking to achieve.The selected candidatewillidentify,pursueand close new opportunities with both existing and new clients and will provide subject matter knowledgeto supportthe efforts of the broader consulting practice.Thisindividualwillalsowork across multiple client account teams within a wide variety of industries.The candidate isresponsibletoleadmultiple team engagements simultaneously, including severalthreadsofcomplex implementation and migration engagements.In addition, this individual willbe responsible forleading a global team of cloud specialists, developinggo to marketsolutions, working with industry leading cloud providers and technology vendors,andchampioning thecloud practice throughout the Firm. Successful candidatestypically have10+years of experience in the followingareas: Confidently speaking with knowledgeable clients on the topic of cloud strategy, architecture, workload migrationplanningand common security practices such as landing zones

Acting as trusted advisor to senior technology leaders on cloud engineering activities

Identifyingand building cloud-based solutions to drive growth in project-based and managed services

Developingcloud strategy for clients thatincludecloud value framework, multi-cloud strategy, and cloud program office to drive cloud transformation.

Developingapplication rationalization approaches to create cloud migration roadmap

Designing, architecting,implementingand supporting simple to complex enterprise cloud solutions for a variety of business use cases and requirements. Guiding and mentoring clients through the entire process

Providingprincipal engineering support to various teams throughouta client'sdigital transformationtoa cloud native organization.

Spearheadingstrategic cost optimization initiatives, achieving multi-million dollarsavings through infrastructure cleanups,licensenegotiationsand dynamic scaling.

Understanding common cloud deployment models (private, public, hybrid) including platform types (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)

Executing solution delivery engagements for both small and large cloud environments

Eminence buildingin the cloud industrythrough frequent publishing and speaking on relevant topics

Managing relationships with major cloud platform providers - AWS, Azure, GCP - including working with partner representatives,maintainingexecutive levelrelationshipsandcultivating sales channels

Recruiting top cloud talent through your network and eminence activities

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and10+years of related work experience

Highproficiencywithpopular cloudtechnologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Highproficiencywiththe tools and techniques for securing multi-cloud and hybrid environments

Experiencewith private, public and hybrid cloud deployments

Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally

Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels

Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently

Willingness and ability to travelglobally

Strong financial and business acumen, and ability to speak about technology in the language of business

Curiosity about business and technology; motivated with a desire to learn

Technical Experience Cloud Platform Expertise Deep hands-on experience with one or more of the majorhyperscalers(AWS, Azure,GCP )including core services likecompute, storage,networkingand managed services. Able toarticulate cloud strategyandunderstand existing client architectures and propose new orimprovedsolutionsacross platforms. This includesdemonstrableunderstanding ofadditionalplatform specific capabilities and nuances, pricingmodelsand limitations. Infrastructure and Architecture Strong foundation with on-premises infrastructure, virtualization(VMWare, Hyper-V), networking protocols, storage architectures and data center strategy and operations. Understanding ofhybrid and multi-cloud connectivity patterns. Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, ARM templates or CloudFormation. Application Modernization and Migration Strong understanding ofcloud-native,modernand legacy application portfolios andexperiencewithmigration strategies. Understanding ofstandard application patterns andthe use ofcontainers (Docker, Kubernetes), microservices, serverless and API management. Experience with migration tooling andexecutionmethodologies (7Rs framework). Security & Compliance Knowledge ofcloud security frameworks, identity and access management, network security, dataencryptionand compliance requirements. Understanding of zero-trust architectures,security posturemanagementand regulatory requirements. Automation andDevSecOps Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, configuration management,observabilityandDevSecOpspractices. At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Compensation Range: $134,000 - $269,000

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
