The Associate Director, Advanced Analytics Solutions, will play a crucial role as a client-facing leader in our Commercial Analytics Center of Expertise. This position merges strategic account management with hands-on delivery of advanced analytics, specifically in patient claims analytics, brand analytics, marketing analytics, and predictive analytics. You will effectively manage a portfolio of key client relationships, mentor and lead global teams to provide customized insights, and drive business growth through innovative, data-driven solutions. As a culture champion, you will guide junior staff, promote best practices, and exemplify KMK's commitment to excellence, teamwork, and client success. Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Client Engagement:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders. Be the main point of contact for all commercial analytics inquiries, overseeing client expectations, conducting regular business reviews, and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement. Translate clients’ business challenges into actionable analytics projects. Commercial Analytics Delivery:

Lead the design, execution, and interpretation of analytics initiatives focusing on patient claims, brand, marketing, and predictive analytics. Act as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams to ensure all outcomes are of exceptional quality, timely, and exceed expectations. Project Leadership & Team Management:

Manage the complete project lifecycle, which includes scoping proposals, resource allocation, timeline management, and budget oversight. Mentor and develop a team of analysts and managers, encouraging skill growth. Business Development & Innovation:

Contribute to the development of proposals, ensuring methodological rigor and alignment with client requirements. Identify new growth opportunities for the firm, which may include new service offerings and enhancements to existing processes. Stay up-to-date with healthcare data trends, service offerings, and AI/ML applications to innovate offerings and enhance KMK’s competitive advantage. Stakeholder Communication & Impact:

Present analytical insights through engaging visualizations, comprehensive reports, and executive summaries. Influence cross-functional teams and clients, driving data-informed decisions that elevate commercial performance and improve patient care outcomes. Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred. Experience:

7-10+ years in commercial analytics, consulting, or the pharma/biotech sector, with a minimum of 4 years in a client-facing leadership role (e.g., Manager, Senior Manager, or Associate Director). Proven expertise in patient claims, brand, marketing, and/or predictive analytics is essential. Familiarity with life sciences datasets (e.g., claims, EMR, payer data) and coding skills (SAS, Python, SQL, etc.) along with knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is required. Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and coding (SQL, Python/R preferred). Familiarity with commercial operations tools (e.g., CRM, incentive compensation platforms) and advanced analytics methodologies (e.g., marketing mix modeling, segmentation). Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in influencing senior executives. A strategic thinker with a client-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for mentorship.
