
CFO Position At Solstice Advanced Materials
Provide leadership to team of commercial finance professionals to make strategic finance decisions with Solstice Stationary Refrigerants business. You will be the CFO of a >$800M strategic business line and have an opportunity to participate, design and drive financial landscape with speed, quality and cost efficiency through budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting. You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will partner with the Stationary Refrigerants LOB VPGM and GMs to drive key finance initiatives and decisions. You will also identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to the senior management. Key Responsibilities Act as a COO and demonstrate strong sense of Business Partnership Consolidate and report monthly actuals and forecast Ownership of a >$800M P&L Lead AOP and assist with STRAP planning for the business Drive weekly pulse and monthly operating reviews meeting with GBE/SBU leadership Drive forecasts accuracy through monthly SIOP process Develop financial models for key NPI projects Influencing Manufacturing and Sourcing Productivity Working Capital Management through optimizing Inventory and Receivables Perform ad hoc analysis and knowledge on Volume, Price and Mix dynamics. Product Cost Analytics and cost modeling Review and approve key customer contracts M&A due diligence CAPEX management Manage a team of two Senior finance professionals Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 8 years of relevant work experience in a multinational or complex publicly traded organization Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Experience in manufacturing processes and operations. Proven leadership experience in managing a small team WE VALUE Some ISC, FP&A, P&L experience within a business. Strong technical knowledge of finance systems. Operational business experience. Ability to partners across multiple depts and teams Excellent communication and influencing skills. Factory and cost accounting. Self-motivated, driving business initiatives.
