We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers with their vehicle sales and donations to Pick-N-Pull. You will handle inbound inquiries and may also make outbound calls to provide exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers through phone and email to gather information for quotes and complete vehicle purchase orders for sales and donations, following established scripts and procedures. Address customer inquiries related to vehicle sales, donations, and store information, including hours of operation and sales promotions. Provide assistance regarding vehicle parts pricing and local store inventory. Collaborate with Pick-N-Pull store staff to address customer requests and resolve any concerns. Maintain high standards of performance and adhere to departmental guidelines. Work cohesively with fellow agents, team leaders, supervisors, and management. Perform additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED is required. Previous call center experience is preferred. Fluency in English is required; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Reliable attendance record and a strong work ethic. Basic computer and keyboard skills are necessary. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with diverse customer backgrounds. Ability to multitask efficiently. Full-time availability required, with shifts ranging from Sunday to Saturday, 5:00 am to 6:30 pm. Must pass a drug screen and background check. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, or sit for up to 90% of the time. Manual dexterity to handle items, along with good communication abilities, including talking and hearing. Vision must be sufficient for peripheral and depth perception. Light to moderate physical activity required. Work Environment: This position is indoors in an office setting with adequate ventilation and moderate noise levels, typical of a business office environment. All U.S. applicants must be 18 years or older and all Canadian applicants must be at least 16 years old.
