Join our dynamic team as a Retail Customer Experience Representative! In this role, you will be a vital part of our retail sales efforts, providing outstanding customer service and helping to create a welcoming environment for all visitors. You will start as a Pick-n-Pull Greeter and have opportunities to advance through various roles, including Part Sales and Parts Specialist, based on your performance and dedication. Key Responsibilities: Promote a culture of safety and teamwork. Engage with customers enthusiastically, answering questions and providing assistance as they enter the store. Maintain high integrity and adhere to company policies and procedures. Participate in housekeeping and maintenance duties, which may include cleaning and organizing products. Follow proper cash handling and loss prevention procedures. Complete sales training and embrace ongoing education about our products and services. Identify situations where management assistance is necessary. Carry out additional tasks as needed to support store operations. Qualifications: Commitment to safety. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, friendly demeanor. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays. Reliable transportation. Proficient in English, both written and spoken; bilingual Spanish speakers are a plus. Basic knowledge of automotive parts and their relationships to customer needs. Adherence to the company dress code to present a professional image. Previous retail experience is beneficial, though not mandatory. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stretch regularly. Manual dexterity for cleaning and performing various tasks. Good vision to ensure safety and perform job functions effectively. Capability to remain on your feet throughout your work shift. Work Environment: Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions.
