The pay range for the Manager of Inbound Sales is $50,000 - $110,000+ / year + performance-based bonuses.

What You Will Do
InsureOne is seeking a results-driven Property & Casualty Insurance leader to manage our Inbound Sales call center team in Farmers Branch. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through team coaching, performance management, and sales execution. The Manager of Inbound Sales will lead strategic initiatives, improve lead conversion, and ensure a strong customer and team experience. You will also set and execute short- and long-term revenue goals while developing your team to meet sales expectations.
Supervise the daily performance and productivity of the Inbound Sales team to ensure alignment with revenue goals and sales standards
Drive business growth by coaching the team to convert inbound leads and educate customers on insurance products that meet their needs
Mentor and develop team members to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering a positive customer experience
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, monitoring KPIs to ensure performance and goal attainment
Address escalated sales-related issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution that supports both customer satisfaction and sales outcomes
Lead the execution of Branch Operational Excellence (BOE) standards to maintain high levels of compliance, efficiency, and performance across the sales team
Key Attributes
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Property & Casualty license
3+ years of experience in P&C sales, preferably Personal and Commercial lines
3+ years of experience managing or leading a sales team
Call Center experience
Proven ability to generate new business, retain existing clients, and cross-sell insurance products
Strong prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards
Preferred Attributes
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience Managing a call center team
Experience handling multi-carrier, multi-state quoting preferred
