About the Role As an Inside Sales Representative at Stewarts Lawn, you’ll be a key part of our growth by connecting with prospective and existing residential customers. You’ll provide expert advice and tailored recommendations to help them achieve their pest control and lawn care goals. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-centered environments and enjoy building relationships that lead to measurable success.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, while maintaining a high close rate through diligent follow-ups and effective communication.
Adhere to proven sales scripts and techniques while personalizing interactions to fit customer needs.
Leverage CRM tools to track interactions and provide expert advice and tailored solutions to residential customers.
Customer and Prospect Engagement
Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, SMS, and other digital communication channels to connect with potential customers (warm leads only).
Actively follow up on leads generated by marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources to drive conversions.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and building rapport with every interaction.
Win back clients who previously canceled recurring services
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in Inside Sales or Call Center environments, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Background or education in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Urban Forestry, or a related field is a plus (not required).
