The Role This is a Statutory W-2 position, offering you the tax advantages of a business owner with the FICA contribution support of an employee.
Responsibilities
Managing an Established Portfolio: Stepping into a territory with 20+ years of history and maintaining the gold standard of service our clients expect.
Driving New Revenue: Identifying opportunities within the existing footprint to upsell and expand our tangible product reach.
Face-to-Face Engagement: Moving through the territory daily to meet with clients, demonstrate products, and close deals.

What You Bring to the Table
Sales Grit:
2+ years of outside sales experience (D2D or B2B). You must have the "drive" to knock on doors and the persistence to close.
Tangible Product Success:
Proven experience selling physical goods. You’re comfortable managing samples and physically moving product (must be able to lift bags up to 45 lbs).
Self-Command:
You are a self-starter who doesn't need a manager looking over your shoulder to hit your numbers.
Local Expertise:
You currently reside in the territory and own a reliable vehicle for daily travel.
