Customer Service Agent

handles inbound customer service calls for the Activations department, supporting customers who have purchased prepaid corporate marketing mini-vacation packages. Key Responsibilities Requalify customers based on current corporate marketing package tour qualifications. Positively influence the tour show rate through effective communication and service. Resolve customer issues using a one-call resolution approach and established guidelines. Maintain professional conduct and deliver high-quality service to all customers and team members. Adhere to scheduled work hours, report on time, and meet performance expectations. Manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail. Uphold a clean, courteous, professional attitude and appearance. Job Requirements Education / Training / Experience High School Diploma or GED required. Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to pass a background check Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service abilities. General computer proficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive customer interactions professionally.
