Capital Vacations is looking to add a Take Over Sales (TO) Closer to our Springfield Call Center. The Sales Closer is in charge of closing each mini-vacation package sale. If you have several years of Tele-Sales experience and you are looking for a growth opportunity within a company, apply today!! Shift:
Additional hours may be required to cover shifts, meet deadlines and goals as necessary: Full-Time: Monday - Friday, saturdays as needed, 8:30am-4:00pm Full benefits, 401K, Paid Time off, local discounts Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Verify and Close sales for our Tele-Sales Reps Ensure all vacation packages are fully qualified Assist our Tele-Sales Reps with any questions they may have Maintain excellent quality standards in compliance with set company guidelines Assists with the development of the call center training and QA process Assist Floor Managers with call monitoring, etc. Code records completely and accurately Set travel dates for the vacation package
