Responsibilities:
Craft strategic growth roadmaps that enhance advertiser adoption of Meta advertising products via technology partner ecosystems, utilizing data-driven insights to influence decisions.
Conduct thorough analyses of market dynamics, customer behaviors, and partnership performances to identify and prioritize growth opportunities with defined KPIs.
Design and orchestrate comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs that boost solution awareness, engagement, and adoption across various advertiser segments.
Establish and oversee measurement frameworks that show marketing's impact on essential business outcomes, including advertiser activation, revenue growth, and product adoption metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners to co-develop go-to-market strategies, enablement programs, and joint marketing initiatives that foster mutual growth.
Encourage experimentation and innovation by executing rigorous A/B tests, leveraging AI/ML for personalization, and implementing advanced strategies like dynamic audience targeting.
Develop compelling, data-backed narratives for executive audiences that clarify complex insights, shape strategic decisions, and secure support for growth initiatives.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Partnerships, Data Science, and Creative teams to deliver cohesive programs that advance business goals.
Consistently explore emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities for growth, championing new methodologies and nurturing a culture of experimentation within the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, product marketing, or related fields, showcasing success in driving measurable business results.
Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies across diverse marketing channels, optimizing performance and scaling effective programs.
Expertise in data analysis and SQL, with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights.
Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B and multivariate tests, translating results into strategic marketing recommendations.
Ability to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models linking marketing activities to business achievements.
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex business issues and effective prioritization.
Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive presentations that influence stakeholders across the organization.
Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments, coordinating efforts between technical and non-technical teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with advanced analytics, including statistical analysis, predictive analysis, or machine learning applications in marketing.
Experience with data visualization tools and crafting executive-level dashboards to effectively communicate insights to diverse audiences.
A record of building and scaling technology partnership programs or ecosystem marketing initiatives.
Experience marketing advertising products or developer/API-oriented products to both technical and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of Meta's advertising products and platform functionalities or experience with similar technologies.
Demonstrated use of AI tools to enhance marketing operations, automate workflows, and improve targeting strategies.
Experience cultivating collaboration across organizational levels, including defining partnership frameworks and addressing cross-team challenges.
Public Compensation:
$124,000/year to $178,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
