Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to take on the role of Senior Growth Marketing Strategist. In this position, you will develop innovative marketing programs that drive meaningful business outcomes for Meta's top advertisers. Your primary responsibilities will encompass planning, strategizing, and executing large-scale campaigns across various channels, including email and in-platform media, ensuring exceptional results for our largest clients. You will create initiatives ranging from personalized recommendations to multiclient events and trainings, and play a key role in developing workshops for major events such as the Meta Performance Marketing Summit. Currently, our marketing focus is on providing tactical guidance and advanced strategies to enhance advertiser Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and implement comprehensive campaign strategies across email and platform channels for our significant advertiser base.

Evaluate advertiser strategies to pinpoint opportunities for tactful adjustments, and develop campaigns, workshops, and materials that enhance client results and boost revenue.

Formulate and execute marketing strategies aligned with business priorities (e.g., Reels, best practices) by assessing advertiser needs and securing leadership buy-in for new initiatives.

Lead marketing technology projects aimed at creating efficient and optimized processes to effectively engage with key advertisers.

Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of professional experience in marketing within a digital advertising or growth marketing context.

Proven expertise in paid social advertising, particularly within Meta's advertising suite, alongside email marketing channels.

Adept at articulating complex strategic concepts in digital advertising clearly and concisely.

Proficient in analyzing data sets and extracting insights using Advertising Manager, Excel, or data visualization tools.

Skilled in crafting effective campaigns and compelling presentations.

Capable of building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in training or mentoring others on digital strategy.

Ability to contribute at strategic, operational, and tactical levels.

Familiarity with Tableau, SQL, or similar data and analytics tools.

Experience with A/B testing and lift-based measurement methodologies.

Public Compensation: This role offers a salary range of $124,000/year to $178,000/year, along with bonus opportunities, equity, and comprehensive benefits. Industry:
