In this role, you will guide recruitment teams and foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, shaping and promoting our employer brand in the process. Your responsibilities will include driving innovative recruitment marketing campaigns, ensuring a diverse and high-quality candidate pool, and managing a structured onboarding program that sets new hires up for success. Additionally, you will launch initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and work closely with HR and leadership to identify and implement improvements to our organizational culture.
