About the Role
We are searching for a passionate and visionary Director of Executive Leadership to champion our mission of empowering transgender and nonbinary youth. In this pivotal role, you will lead the organization with strategic vision and effectiveness, enhancing our fundraising efforts and managing all organizational activities. Responsibilities include spearheading program development, overseeing staff management, and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders. We seek an experienced leader with a minimum of 7 years in nonprofit leadership, particularly in managing nonprofits, and someone deeply knowledgeable about trans and nonbinary issues. This role requires excellent financial management skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate expertise in nonprofit governance and fundraising, with a strong passion for our mission. The Director will collaborate closely with the Board of Directors, engage in multi-faceted fundraising strategies, and ensure our programs create a meaningful impact. Additionally, we are looking for a team player who values youth leadership and is dedicated to fostering an inclusive work environment.
