Purpose of Role Provide the sales group with the content, tools, reports, communications, and training to sell more effectively, while providing operational and compliance support for sales enablement processes.
Key Accountabilities Include
Support achievement of sales enablement KPIs, department goals and overall sales effectiveness
Ensure the integrity of CRM data for accurate reporting and forecasting
Ensure the advertised price scraping tool has current reference prices and/or is set to auto-update at the appropriate dates
Ensure sales teams’ entries and reports are consistent and result in a clean database
Support accurate and timely distribution of product, pricing, and promotional information
Support accurate and data-driven decision-making
Primary Responsibilities Include
Manage CRM data and provide dealer audiences for channel partner communications
Organize sales channel meetings, kickoffs, and enablement events
Compile and distribute reports to internal stakeholders, track KPIs and support data collection and analysis
Support the sales team’s use of online tools and software programs. Includes serving as the subject matter expert (SME) and primary trainer for the CRM and acting as the go-to resource for report writing, campaigns, and troubleshooting, and best practices
Coordinate with inter‑depar‑t stakeholders to ensure product pricing information is consistent between company ERP, the advertised price scraping tool, and channel partner communications
Assist with administrative activities for the sales group, including monitoring the email inbox, processing invoices, and confirming emails were delivered to a specific channel partner as expected; research and resolve the cause of any discrepancy
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and support training initiatives

Qualifications Ideal
Experience in retail sales, sales enablement, operations, or marketing
Familiarity with CRM and office productivity software
Experience scheduling and coordinating team activities
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Preferred
1+ years’ coordinator or administrator experience in sales environment
Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, Wayvia, Oracle and Zoom
Experience with dealer communication and MAP policy administration
Passion for music
Compensation
The hiring range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits. The hiring range does not reflect total earning potential over time.
