GENERAL PURPOSE: The Director of Strategic Sourcing for Store Operations is a high-impact leadership role critical to our growth. This position requires a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities for cost reduction while minimizing risks across over 2,100 locations, with an additional 100 opening annually. In this role, you will work as a trusted advisor, utilizing your leadership, project management, and communication skills to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders and executive leaders. COMPENSATION: The base salary range for this role is $115,200 - $216,600, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. This range is one component of our total compensation package, which varies by position and location. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Drive Strategic Sourcing Process Execution: Create and implement mid-to-long-term strategic sourcing plans. Drive end-to-end sourcing with data analysis, model building, RFx development, and negotiations. Conduct savings analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Manage RFx processes from start to finish, evaluating responses quantitatively and qualitatively. Facilitate post-bid vendor management and onboarding. Ad-Hoc Analysis and Project Management: Identify growth opportunities within Strategic Sourcing. Manage diverse projects from various stakeholders. Create and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication. Contract Development and Management: Lead contract negotiations and assess opportunities within contracts. Draft contract terms and oversee compliance. COMPETENCIES: People:

QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Engineering; advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with multi-category experience preferred. Management consulting experience preferred; retail experience is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on data-driven problem solving. Experience with contract writing and management. Willingness to travel internationally and domestically with advance notice. This position requires the ability to work in an office environment and attend meetings regularly. While in-office presence is expected, a hybrid work model may be accommodated.
