Bank of Billings is seeking to add motivated, community-minded individuals to our team. We are looking for someone that would like to learn banking from the ground up, while maintaining a can-do attitude, a willingness to uphold policy/procedure, and a drive to get involved.
The Loan Processor position is responsible for providing superior service to bank customers regarding daily transactions, inquiries, problem resolution, and referrals, in accordance with Bank of Billings policies, procedures, products and services.
Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to:
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Processing in-person retail and commercial customer loan transactions &
loan document processing
• Completing routine bank branch activities
• Contributing to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and
goals
• Adhering to all department and company policies and procedures and
following applicable banking regulations
• Must be able to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator License (NMLS)
• Performing additional job-related duties as assigned or required
Hours will be 7:45 a.m. to 5:05 p.m. Monday-Friday and 7:45 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. on Saturdays.
Requirements
Achievement of a high-school degree or equivalent required. Prior customer service, cash handling, and loan processing experience highly desired.
