JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a driven Lifecycle Marketing Specialist at Client's California location to develop and implement cutting-edge lifecycle strategies. The ideal candidate will enhance customer experiences, maximize retention, and contribute to overall customer growth through data-driven insights, creative campaign management, and effective cross-functional collaboration. This role allows remote work but prefers candidates who can attend monthly meetings in California and work hybrid as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Develop and implement advanced lifecycle marketing strategies using various channels like email, SMS, and push notifications.
Utilize data-driven insights and AI/ML models to enhance customer experiences and retention.
Drive key product adoption metrics through gamification, segmentation, and personalized engagement strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey, including crafting detailed program schedules and managing stakeholder expectations.
Analyze performance through key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and continuously optimize strategies for customer growth and retention.
Must have Skills
Strong experience in CRM marketing channels, particularly email marketing.
Proficient in leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML, and personalization technologies.
Ability to manage projects effectively using project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
Industry Experience:
Experience in SaaS product marketing is highly preferred, demonstrating a knack for leveraging technology and analytics to drive customer engagement and growth.
