HR Manager / HR Leadership The

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

supports business operations by aligning HR strategies with organizational goals. This role partners closely with site leadership to plan, implement, and manage HR policies, employee relations, and talent initiatives that drive employee engagement and operational excellence. The HRBP will play a hands-on role in all facets of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, compliance, and performance management. This position requires proactive communication, strong business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Partner with site and corporate leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and workforce needs. Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to ensure consistent staffing and engagement. Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure HR policies are communicated, interpreted, and applied consistently across departments. Conduct investigations and recommend corrective actions as needed. Maintain visibility on the production floor and across shifts to foster trust and employee engagement. Manage and administer compensation, benefits, and performance review programs. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support corporate HR in maintaining compliance with federal and state labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.). Ensure proper documentation and retention of personnel records in accordance with company policies. Participate in safety and compliance initiatives to promote a safe and inclusive workplace. Report regularly on HR activities, workforce metrics, and key issues to HR leadership. Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required

(Master's preferred). Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience

in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience in

food, specialty ingredients, or industrial manufacturing

is a plus. PHR / SHRM-CP certification preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance regulations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Hands-on experience in employee engagement, workforce planning, and training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms. Must be comfortable working onsite in a plant environment and engaging with all levels of employees.
