Your daily responsibilities include: Customer Service:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with personalized service in-store and in customers' homes, while also generating new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone. Deliveries & Pickups:
Step outside the store and showcase a positive attitude through careful loading/unloading, installation of products, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles. Merchandising:
Keep the store inviting and organized, refurbishing merchandise and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment for customers and staff alike. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a good driving record -- driving company vehicles is a requirement Ability to lift and carry items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances Excellent communication and customer service skills Additional Helpful Traits: Aiming for a rewarding career, not just a job A passion for improving customer lives A willingness to learn and grow in the business Determination and resilience Physical Demands: This position is physically demanding and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy items regularly. All employees must adhere to company safety protocols while fulfilling these physical requirements. Expected Work Hours: This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Saturday, during store hours. Sundays are off, along with one weekday. Schedules may vary based on management and business needs throughout the year.
