Your daily tasks will include: Customer Service:
Provide exceptional experiences with personalized service both in-store and in customers' homes, while also generating new rental orders on the sales floor and via phone. Deliveries & Pickups:
Venture out of the store and maintain a positive attitude through careful loading/unloading, product installation, and upholding the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles. Merchandising:
Ensure an inviting and organized store environment by refurbishing merchandise and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience for customers and staff alike. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license with a good driving record, as driving company vehicles is a responsibility Able to lift and carry items such as furniture, electronics, and appliances Outstanding communication and customer service skills Additional Helpful Traits: Aiming for a fulfilling career, not just a job Passion for enhancing customer experiences Willingness to learn and grow within the company Tenacity and resilience Physical Demands: This role is physically demanding, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and frequently lifting heavy items. All team members must follow company safety protocols while performing these physical tasks. Expected Work Hours: This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday through Saturday, during store hours. Sundays are off, plus one weekday. Schedules may vary based on management and business needs throughout the year.
