About Us Norfolk Hardware & Home Center has been serving Boston and the surrounding communities since 1934. We are a leader in the market delivering high-quality building materials to a vast number of contractors and builders. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented ProSales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities

Sales:

Manage and grow sales of building materials, including paint, to contractors and builders within our retail store as well as develop new customers.

Business Development:

Actively source new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and cold calling potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up-to-date on the latest building materials trends, products, and industry developments.

Requirements

A proven track record of success in an inside sales role in the building materials industry.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies.
