Job Description:

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in company systems. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, speed, and proficiency with data management tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.

This is a temporary, full-time 3-month project assignment with a schedule of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities: Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems with high accuracy. Verify and cross-check data for completeness and correctness. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Generate reports and assist with data audits as needed. Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies. Meet daily and weekly productivity and accuracy targets. Position Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

Typing Speed & Accuracy: Minimum 50 WPM with 98% accuracy. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office Suite (Excel, Wrd), data entry software, and CRM systems. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage large volumes of data efficiently. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret and validate data. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently. Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for reporting and collaboration. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot data issues independently. Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance standards. Performance Metrics:

Accuracy rate of 99% or higher. Timely completion of assigned data entry tasks. Compliance with data security and confidentiality protocols.
