Carahsoft is seeking detail-oriented, responsible, and organized individuals to join the Collections team. The primary responsibility of this position is to collect payments owed to the company.
Overall Responsibilities
Oversee a list of assigned accounts to which they must contact, coordinate payments, follow-up, and complete the payment of amounts past due to the company
Collaborate with other internal departments in order to maintain and facilitate healthy, longstanding relationships with the client base
Verify and correct data as needed in order to collect past due amounts
Compensation and Benefits
Starting compensation range: $35,000-$45,000 per year
